The project area is located in Seferihisar district of İzmir and there are approximately 60 residences in the project. While creating a project in this area, which can be considered far from the city center, the feelings of privacy and isolation of the residents were taken into account, while at the same time, a neighborhood atmosphere was created with the settlement plans. The site was considerably sloped so the houses were placed at different elevations, enabling the residents to benefit from the view efficiently and  also to be perceived as in harmony with the topography, aesthetically pleasing  to the residents of the city and in harmony with the topography. In addition, the project can host families of different sizes and types. this was made possible by using 3 different housing typologies as 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1. Considering the social needs arising in the area functions like a market,  a cafe, meeting areas,  a gym, etc. were added to the project.
